Angus Reid Group is one of Canada’s largest and most reputable polling and market research firms known for its public opinion surveys and research studies. The company was founded by Angus Reid, a Canadian sociologist, and has been a prominent name in the field of market research and public opinion polling for several decades.
I recently had the opportunity to redesign the homepage and several core pages of the ARG website to better align with the company’s extensive range of offerings. The primary goal was to create a user-friendly, modern interface that highlights ARG’s expertise in public opinion polling and market research.
The redesign focused on the following key areas:
Enhanced Navigation: Simplified the site’s navigation to ensure visitors can easily find information about the company’s services, latest research, and insights. The new layout features clear, intuitive menus that guide users to their desired content with minimal effort.
Visual Appeal: Updated the visual design (including brant fonts and colours) to reflect a contemporary aesthetic that conveys professionalism and trustworthiness. The use of clean lines, rounded shapes, modern fonts, and a cohesive color scheme enhances the overall user experience.
Content Highlighting: Strategically placed call-to-action buttons and highlighted sections to draw attention to the most critical content, such as recent survey results, key reports, and featured research. This ensures that visitors quickly access the latest and most relevant information.
Mobile Responsiveness: Ensured that the redesign is fully responsive, providing an optimal viewing experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones. This enhances accessibility and user engagement, catering to a broader audience.
User Engagement: Added features to improve user interaction such as easier access to share on social media channels.
This redesign aims to strengthen ARG’s online presence by providing a more user-centric experience that accurately represents their expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality public opinion and market research.
